This licence agreement shall be constructed according to and governed by the law of Austria. The UN-convention on Contract for the Internation Sale of Goods is excluded. All disputes or differences arising in connection with this agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of the appropriate National Court of Graz, Austria.
